Where are you based in?

My store is based in Singapore! ଘ(੭ˊᵕˋ)੭ 

All prices are in SGD currency

 

Can I pay via Bank Transfer/PayLah/PayNow if I'm from Singapore?

Sure! If you'd like to pay through those methods, please DM me via Instagram

 

Where do you ship to?

I offer global shipping to all countries, and all orders are shipped via Singpost. 

For EU orders, please note that orders placed here will be subjected to VAT fees payable by you.

Shipping Information

International orders: you may select between Basic (no tracking) or Registered (tracking) Mail.
Registered mail is recommended to avoid missing parcels.
Basic mail: no tracking involved, and Pokonsu is not liable for any lost mails.

For Singapore orders, you may select between Normal or Registered mail.

 

Delivery Time

Orders will be processed in 3-5 working days.

For orders in Singapore, your item will be delivered within 3-5 working days. Overseas mail will take approximately 2-4 weeks depending on the destination country. 

Do note that if your order contains a preorder item, the whole order will be sent out after the preorder items have arrived :) 

Delays in international shipments to and from Singapore: Amidst COVID-19, deliveries are expected to be delayed up to 10 working days. 

 

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
